GowerView CW is a ground floor apartment with an open plan living area with views over Dock towards Llanelli from the lounge patio doors and patio. The Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 5, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, washer dryer dishwasher and fridge/freezer.  Outside is a small patio and designated parking for 1 car. The apartment is directly on the Millenium coastal park with plenty of outside space for picnics ball games etc.

The living room has  comfortable seating for 5, colour TV video , digi box, and table and chairs.  Electric central heating and double glazing makes Gower View an ideal holiday base throughout the year and our aim is to provide a comfortable home from home.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. There are two double bedrooms, one with a doub;e bed and room for a cot or a guest bed, and the other with a double bed.

There is a bathroom with a toilet, wash-hand basin and a bath with a power shower.  A cot and high chair are available on request.
